Filler Dissolver
A Clean Slate
If you have had filler somewhere else and it left you with migration, lumps, puffiness, or just a look that never felt right, you are not stuck with it. Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, which breaks the product down so your body clears it out.
We see this often at Radiant Face Aesthetics. There is no judgment here about where you had it done or how much is in there. We just want to help you get back to a baseline you feel good about.

How Dissolving Works
Your appointment starts with an honest assessment of what is in your face and where it sits. Depending on how much product is present and how long it has been there, dissolving may take more than one session.
The injection itself is quick. You will see changes within a day or two, with the full effect visible in about two weeks. We usually recommend waiting at least two weeks before placing any new filler so we can see your true starting point first.
What filler dissolving can fix.

Does dissolving hurt?
It is a quick injection and most patients tolerate it well. We use numbing cream, and the discomfort is comparable to getting filler in the first place.
Will it dissolve all of my filler?
Hyaluronidase works on hyaluronic acid fillers. It cannot dissolve permanent or semi permanent products, which is one reason we will ask what you have had done before.
How soon can I get new filler?
We recommend waiting at least two weeks so any swelling settles and we can see your true baseline before rebuilding.
Will my face look deflated afterward?
Some areas may look flatter than you are used to for a short while. That is normal, and it usually reflects your natural anatomy rather than any loss of your own tissue.
