Dermal Filler
Volume Where You Have Lost It
Fillers are made mostly of hyaluronic acid, a substance your body already produces to keep skin hydrated and plump. As we age we lose fat pads, bone density, and collagen, and the face starts to look hollow or heavy in places it never used to. Filler puts that structure back.
At Radiant Face Aesthetics we treat the face as a whole rather than chasing one feature at a time. Sometimes the answer to a tired under-eye is not filler under the eye at all, but support in the cheek above it. That kind of thinking comes straight from Nicole's years working alongside plastic surgeons.

Full Facial Balancing
Full facial balancing is our approach to filler. Instead of treating the lips or the chin in isolation, we look at proportion across the whole face and decide where a small amount of product will do the most work.
Treatment takes thirty to sixty minutes depending on how many areas we address. We use numbing cream, and most fillers contain lidocaine, so comfort is very manageable. Expect some swelling and possible bruising for the first few days, with the final result settling around the two week mark.
What dermal filler can do for you at our Chino med spa.

How long does filler last?
It depends on the product and the area. Lip filler typically lasts six to twelve months, while cheek and jawline filler often holds for a year or longer.
Will people know I had filler?
Not if it is done well. We build slowly and would much rather have you come back for a small addition than overfill you in a single sitting.
Is there downtime?
Plan for a few days of swelling and the possibility of bruising, especially with lips. We recommend not scheduling filler right before a big event.
What if I do not like it?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved. We offer filler dissolving right here at Radiant Face Aesthetics, so nothing you do is permanent.
